Our Programs

We offer 30-minute swim lessons seven days a week. Whether you prefer the consistency of twice-a-week lessons on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays or the convenience of once-a-week lessons on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, explore our range of programs below to discover the perfect fit for your goals and schedule.

Private Lessons

Infants to Adults | 1-on-1

In these lessons, swimmers get individualized attention on skills ranging from water safety and survival for infants to perfection of form for adult triathletes.

Regardless of age, experience, or level, there’s a private class for you!

  • Our private instructors work with children of all ages (starting at 3 months old) and can focus instruction on survival skills, water acclimation, general water safety, and/or skill development, depending on the student’s age and needs.

  • Whether you’re learning to swim for the first time or trying to improve your form for your next triathlon, our private instructors will tailor their instruction to your specific needs and help you feel strong and confident in the water.

  • In partnership with the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center, we offer low-sensory private lessons on the weekends.

    In these classes, we focus on learning water safety while improving motor abilities, communication skills, and social behavior.

Baby & Me (Goldfish)

3 months - 3 years | 6 students max

In our baby classes, we work on water acclimation and safety. Skills include safe water entry, back floats, blowing bubbles, breath holds, gentle full submersion, and kicking. Warm up those vocal cords before you come — these classes are filled with songs!

Bring your swimsuit! You (parent or guardian) will join your baby in the pool!

Water Safety

3 years and up | 3 students max

In these entry-level water safety classes, swimmers build a positive and respectful relationship with water. Students will graduate prepared to save themselves in an accident situation. They’ll learn to glide, do front & back floats, roll from stomach to back, jump safely, and climb out of the pool.

Two class levels based on your swimmer’s age:

  • Entry-level class to learn the essentials of water safety. Swimmers work on glides, front & back floats, rolling from stomach to back, safe jumps, and building a positive & respectful relationship with water — all while having fun!

Stroke Development

3 years and up | 4 students max

In these classes, our swimmers learn advanced water safety skills like accident prevention and treading water as well as the 4 strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Prepare for swim team, junior guards, surf camp, water polo, or backyard pool parties!


Four levels available based on the skill of the swimmer:

  • Must haves: Clownfish/Seahorse skills, ability to float independently

    In this level, swimmers work on perfecting their kicks, freestyle swimming (big arms) with side breaths, and the fundamentals of swimming on your back.


    Enroll in Catfish classes

  • Must haves: Catfish skills, ability to float independently, ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 10+ feet

    In this level, swimmers work on perfecting their freestyle form (including side breaths) and also learn the fundamentals of backstroke.


    Enroll in Flyfish classes

  • Must haves: Flyfish skills, ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 25+ feet, basic backstroke technique

    In this level, swimmers build up to multiple pool lengths of freestyle, become proficient in backstroke, and work on the fundamentals of breaststroke.

    Enroll in Barracuda classes

  • Must haves: Barracuda skills, ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 100+ feet, ability to swim backstroke for a distance of 50+ feet, ability to swim breaststroke for a distance of 50+ feet


    In this level, swimmers work on building up to multiple pool lengths of each stroke and learn the fundamentals of butterfly. They also learn some competitive aspects of swimming, including turns, starts, and individual medley.

Water Exercise

Adults Only

Whether you’re just looking for an aquatic group workout or recovering from an injury or procedure, there is a class for everyone! We offer a variety of different experience and difficulty levels to match your needs.

60 minute classes with experienced water exercise instructors.

  • Offered Mon/Wed/Fri @ 1pm

    Explore a high-intensity interval training that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, known as Tabata.
