Hi Families,

We've heard your feedback and we've taken it to heart! Major announcements for the Fall 2023 session:

1. Scheduling - We moved from pen & paper to online.

2. Billing - We moved away from purchasing lessons in "Sessions" and moving to Monthly Billing.

3. Membership - Starting August 2023, we stared requiring a $50 annual membership per household.

Scheduling: Pen & Paper to Online

1. Register for classes and manage schedules online without calling in. We've heard your feedback on call answer rates & call-back times!

2. Reference your schedule by logging in or referencing your monthly confirmation email, instead of calling in.

3. Schedule Make-Ups by picking an open available spot in the schedule.

4. Benefits for 5CSS: Moving staff hours from the phones to the pool deck will help with lesson quality and safety!

Billing: Sessions to Monthly Billing

1. Lock in your preferred schedule indefinitely, instead of rescheduling times & instructors every 4 week session. 

2. Pay for the month’s lessons on the 1st of each month and opt out when you're ready to discontinue. There is no longer a need to re-register every few weeks. 

Membership: $50 Annual Fee per Household

1. To be in compliance with insurance policies, we're moving to a required annual membership.

2. If you purchased a $75 membership to access program discounts, we’ve applied a $25 credit to your account and your Annual Membership is valid through September 1st 2024.
